Eaton’s Power Systems division is currently seeking an HR Analyst - Talent Programs to join our team. This position is based at our Waukesha, WI, Badger Drive facility. Must reside within a 50mile radius of the work location(s) listed on this posting. No relocation is being offered for this role.  Primary Function: The HR Analyst - Talent Programs position will provide a broad range of HR support to business objectives, strategic goals, and human resource initiatives for the Badger Drive Plant. The individual in this role will be responsible for the complete talent acquisition life cycle for hourly positions at the site, including a strong emphasis on the onboarding experience once a candidate is hired. In this role, you will: Manage full lifecycle recruiting process for hourly positions from open requisition to offer stage, including, but not limited to, job specification and development, prescreening and qualifying top candidates, interviewing and negotiating offers Ensure that the recruiting process complies with employment laws and regulations Partners with management, HR partners and Compensation team in recommending new hires and promotion salary offers Ensures that Eaton's applicant tracking system is maintained and completed Develop knowledge of the business strategy, culture and deliverables Improve upon existing practices and develop innovative strategies to attract world-class employees When we embrace the different ideas, perspectives, and backgrounds that make each of us unique, we — as individuals and as a company — are stronger. Qualifications Basic Qualifications:  Associate's degree from an accredited institution required Minimum (2) two years of experience in a general coordinator role or as a talent acquisition team member. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship    Position Criteria:  Ability to influence and impact others’ decision making Knowledge of HR compliance and legal issues preferred Excellent verbal, written, and analytical skills Must have a high level of discretion and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately Ability to understand, interpret and easily communicate and align policies and practices to the Eaton Philosophy & Values and Code of Ethics Why work at Eaton?
