Talent Analytics Specialist

Location: Remote flexibility available throughout US and Canada

 

Position Summary:

The Talent Analytics Specialist is Bentley’s primary contact for all global HR reporting. This encompasses Global HR reporting and analytics strategy, processes, tools and technologies, implementations, report and dashboard generation, training/change management and day to day support.

The Talent Analytics Specialist is also responsible for contributing to the implementation and provide business support for all integrated HR tools and technologies.  This includes support for Director of Talent Systems and Analytics and HR Shared Services with business partnership and support, issue resolution and ensuring the integrity of all HR systems data through audit reports and system controls and processes.

 

Your Day-to-Day:

  • Play key role in Workforce Analytics, reporting, analysis and identifying trends illustrated in the data and reporting
  • Act as global point of contact for all HR data reporting requests: design, develop, execute and support custom and standard reports from the HRIS systems
  • Provide top level of service to Business Leaders and Global HR through troubleshooting, root cause analysis, issue resolution, and communication
  • Support HR data integrity and maintenance of HRIS systems by performing audits and controls to ensure compliance in accordance with local and federal laws
  • Create, maintain, and deliver HR Reporting training to the Global HR team and other end-users, empowering them to make use of the self-service
  • Support Director of Talent Systems and Analytics by contributing to development and supporting future state HR analytics strategy and liaise between HR and IT to identify, analyze and translate HR business needs into functional system requirements in support of Bentley’s Global HR reporting and analytics strategy
  • Maintain permissions and provide support on all questions related to data security for HR applications
  • Design and document business processes, workflows, and outputs
  • Support implementations of HR systems in requirements gathering, testing, roll-out, change management, and day to day support
  • Other duties as assigned

 

What You Bring to The Team:

  • 3+ Experience within Talent Analytics required
  • Strong experience operating within SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics required
  • SuccessFactors Recruiting module and Employee Central experience preferred
  • Strong computer software skills (especially MS Excel) with the ability to quickly learn and master new programs
  • Experience with SuccessFactors Online Report Designer tool or any Business Intelligence tools, such as Tableau or MS Power BI skills are transferable
  • Adaptable with the ability to set priorities and multi-task between projects
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
