This is a full time, HR Analytics Consultant Position with Lenovo Global HR
Analytics team based out of Raleigh, NC.
This role requires a subject matter expert (SME) with strong proficiency in
visualization (Tableau) and analytics, a flair for data, a willingness to
drive projects and strong communications and leadership skills.
The incumbent must have a strong background in any quantitative discipline
preferably from a premium institute with a good grip on analytical tools and
programming languages.
In addition, the incumbent should possess exceptional communication skills,
both verbal and written, with a strong urge to learn, drive and innovate,
should love numbers, is passionate about applying data analytics to solve HR
Strategy and business problems, and like working in an extremely dynamic,
fast-paced environment.
This position will be working with the internal HR Analytics team to drive,
design and develop complex organization wide analytic models.

Mandatory Requirements:
•Experience in statistical concepts and calculations
•Hands on experience with real data
•Should be able to effectively translate HR Problems to Analytics Hypothesis
•Hands on with open source machine learning tools: Python/R/R Studio/Java
•Strong in visualization Platforms – Tableau, D3, Qliksense
•Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint;
•Statistics – correlation, regression analysis, Trend analysis, Descriptive
analysis
•Strong problem solver
Nice to Have
•Should participate in all aspects of the analytics life cycle, including
analysis, design development, production deployment and support.
•Should be able to formulate approaches and gather data to solve business
problems, develop conclusions and present solutions through formal
deliverables.
•Should be able to effectively front end and deploy analytical solutions to
stakeholders which includes interpreting data, building a story around it and
presenting the same to the HR and Business stakeholders
•Effective verbal and written communication skills for the purpose of
socializing analytical models to internal clients, senior management, and
peers
•Entrepreneurial Mindset and experience of working in a fast-paced project
with tight deadlines
•Ability to multitask since efforts will be focused on numerous initiatives
and tasks
•Ability to pick up new areas and work
•Interest in HR Analysis and Reporting
•Predictive Modeling Experience – Logistic Regression, Decision trees, Machine
Learning
•Experience in text mining/NLP
