Eaton's Hydraulic Business has an opening for a: HR Assistant Location: Cerkezkoy, Tekirdag, TURKEY Primary Function: This role will be mainly responsible for supporting all operational processes of HR functions including recruitment, training, employer branding besides employee engagement & internal communication activities. Your key deliverables: Supporting recruitment process with responsibilities such as candidate searching, phone interviews and reference checks Supporting onboarding process, scheduling in detailed Following up training organizations Helping to create and manage an effective employer branding, employee engagement and internal communication activities Managing internship program operations Qualifications Required: Good command of both written and spoken English Experience or internship in HR field (preferably in recruitment process) University Bachelor’s degree Flexible team player with strong communication skills Analytic, detail oriented mind with reporting and planning skills Advance knowledge of MS Office (especially excel reporting skills) Then we want to hear about you! The compensation and benefits that will initially be offered for this position are based on Eaton’s plans, programs and practices. If you are offered and accept this position and are actively employed by the Hydraulics Business when the transaction closes, Danfoss A/S will provide further details to employees concerning compensation and benefits at that time.
