Job Summary
The main responsibility of HR Specialist is to ensure on time the expat working permit/visa application and renewal. Participate in administration support to staffing process.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
l Coordinate the preparation issues before expat's on-boarding.
l Mainly responsible for expat working permit application and renewal,provide housing/apartment searching service
l Maintain good relationship with relevant department of labor bureau & Visa Office.
l Ensure on time expat's visa application and renewal, including expat’s dependents if necessary.
l Support to new hire preparation for local position, such as name badge, employee code issue, etc.
l Update and maintain personal data information in system for new hirers.
l Timely notify the new physician/employee’s information to Marketing Department/IT Department/Admin Department
l Support and administer employee exit process.
l Administe employee annual health screening program.
l Other job/tasks assigned by manager
Qualifications
Education and/or professional qualifications (minimum requirements)
l Bachelor degree or above, major in Administration or English
l Excellent written & oral English and Chinese
l Professional appearance & demeanor, pleasant & outgoing personality
l Organized and detail-oriented
l Good computer skills, especially with Microsoft Outlook, Word and PowerPoint.
