Responsibilities:
>HRIS
  • Provide support on HR system issues for all users; manage tickets, track status to make sure to close issues on time;
  • Communicate with global HRIS team to maintain and update the success factors;
  • Support the daily HR system (Success Factors/ Kayang) maintenance and operational, and work with internal IT and system vendor for issue solving;

>Payroll
  • Responsible for the monthly payroll calculation, releasing and IIT declaration smoothly and accurately;
  • Prepare the related reports to internal finance and local HRs ;
  • Payroll supporting documents and other related documents filing.
  • Assist the internal and external audit;

Requirements:
  • Bachelor degree or above and passionate for the HR jobs
