Job Description

KEY ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

The Human Resources Assistant will actively involve in the Company’s routine Corporate HR operations.

 

Key responsibilities are:

  • Coordinate and support the Corporate HR processes, which include but not limited to recruitment, onboarding, pay review, and performance appraisal
  • Maintain and ensure data integrity of personal and job data in colleagues’ personnel files, and ERP system
  • Day-to-day administration support to the operations of the HR and office administration functions
  • Handle ad hoc projects as required

 

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

  • Tertiary educated in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • 1-2 years relevant HR and Administration experience, exposure in MNC environment is preferable 
  • Good organizational skills, and be presentable, detail-minded, flexible and dynamic
  • Able to work independently in fast paced and high pressure environment
  • Familiar with Employment Ordinance, MPF Ordinance and other related regulations
  • Strong numerical sense and analytical mind
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Cantonese
  • Proficient in MS office application
  • Experience in Workday is preferred
