Job Description

Job Responsibilities

  •  Provide General HR Administrative and support team partner with different HR  Teams
  •  Assist in HR Services and projects including HR record, Employee  contract,  employee engagement initiative, employee satisfaction Survey, new employee  orientations  budget  and training development activities, etc.,
  •  Prepare HR reports and analytic.,
  •  Data management including filing and updating record.,

Job Requirements

  •  Diploma or above in Human Resources or relevant disciplines. 
  •  Minimum 2 years of HR experience. (Fresh Graduate welcome)
  •  Capable to handle confidential and sensitive matters.
  •  Good time management, detail-minded & working under pressure.
  •  Good communications & interpersonal skills.
  •  Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin.
  •   Work independently with minimum supervisions
  •   Immediate available is highly preferred
