Job Description

1. Assist in day-to-day human resources funtions and operations in recruitment, training, employee relations and others.

协助人事部招聘、培训以及其他相关模块工作。

2. Responsible for attendance, employee on board and exit process, probation review, labor contract renewal, etc.

负责考勤,入离职手续、试用期评估,劳动合同更新等事宜。

3. Coordinate team buildings and employee activities.

协助团队建设以及员工活动组织。

4. Organize employee personal files, maintain and update staff information system.

维护员工档案以及人事系统。

5. Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

完成人事主管安排的其他工作。


Degree/Qualification needed:

岗位要求:

1. English major bachelor degree will be preferred, good and proficient in English writing, reading, oral and listening skills;

英语本科以上学历优先,听、说、读、写流利;

2. Fresh graduate or 1 year HR/ADMIN related experience.

应届毕业生或1年以上人事行政相关经验。

3. Quick learner and able to handle confidential information.

具有快速学习的能力并能处理机密信息。

4. Good in MS software.

熟悉使用办公软件。

5. Well organized and good communication skills.

组织能力强并擅于沟通。
