You will be responsible to provide an excellent and consistent level of administrative support to your customers. The HR Officer is responsible to assist the HR Manager in the efficient running of the Human Resources Department.

- Greeting visitors (candidates) and colleagues, to handle all their problems in a friendly manner.
- To assist the applicant reservation and reception of candidates.
- Responsible for new colleagues check-in.
- Update position and talent search on recruitment website.
- Talent pool entry, collection and analysis.
- Participate in job fairs and recruitment of talent market, learning recruit skills.
- Responsible for pick up、dormitory check-in、make health certificates、familiarize environment and induction of new trainee.
- Carry out other tasks as directed by your supervisors.
?Job Specifications 岗位条件
- Well developed computer knowledge, particularly in the use of MS Office and email
- Minimum 1 year work experience in hotel related field
- Good problem solving, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must
- Good at both Verbal and Written English
