  • Post-doc employment management
  • Assistant of Organization Department
  • Summer Program/visiting faculty support
  • Faculty and lecturer recruitment support
  • Maintain staff's attendance statistics and archives.
  • Announcement and post-award service of talent and international exchange program, award, training organized by SJTU HR department/international cooperation and exchange department.
  • Office assistant hiring and administration

Requirement

  • Master’s Degree or above. Major in Human Resources, or certificate of Human Resources Management holder is preferred.
  • CPC member.
  • Knowledge or training in Human Resources management. One-year full-time employment experience in Administration Services, Human Resources or Customer Services is preferred.
  • Good English language written and verbal skills
  • Professional, well-organized and detail-oriented personality
  • Good at communication and interpersonal skills; Customer care skills; Basic IT skills
  • Able to work independently, prioritize workload and manage own time
