- Post-doc employment management
- Assistant of Organization Department
- Summer Program/visiting faculty support
- Faculty and lecturer recruitment support
- Maintain staff's attendance statistics and archives.
- Announcement and post-award service of talent and international exchange program, award, training organized by SJTU HR department/international cooperation and exchange department.
- Office assistant hiring and administration
Requirement:
- Master’s Degree or above. Major in Human Resources, or certificate of Human Resources Management holder is preferred.
- CPC member.
- Knowledge or training in Human Resources management. One-year full-time employment experience in Administration Services, Human Resources or Customer Services is preferred.
- Good English language written and verbal skills
- Professional, well-organized and detail-oriented personality
- Good at communication and interpersonal skills; Customer care skills; Basic IT skills
- Able to work independently, prioritize workload and manage own time
