Job Description

General Responsibilities:

  • Answering employee questions and processing of incoming mail

  • Creating and distributing documents

  • Maintaining computer system/reports by updating and entering data

  • Setting appointments and arranging meetings

  • Maintaining calendars of HR management team

  • Compiling reports and spreadsheets and preparing spreadsheets

  • Support with continuous improvement processes

Recruitment:

  • Participating in recruitment efforts such as CV screening, direct search and research

  • Organise campus recruitment on annual base

  • Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications

  • Scheduling job interviews and assisting in interview process

  • Conduct first round telephone interviews with candidates

  • Ensuring background important hiring milestones such as reference checks are completed

  • Support whole the onboarding process (collection of employee data, preparation of work station, HR induction etc.)

  • Preparing new employee files


Payroll and Benefits:

  • Support with the payroll processing, which includes ensuring vacation and sick time are tracked in the system/ report

  • Salary benchmarking and annual salary increase research

  • Participating in benefits tasks, such as reconciling benefits statements, vendor management, after work event coordination

Record Maintenance:

  • Maintaining current HR files and databases

  • Updating and maintaining employee benefits, employment status, and similar records

  • Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions

  • Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained


Requirement:

  • Bachelor degree related field with 2+ years HR experiences in multinational company
  • A good understanding about organizations structure, people, business and future direction, labor market and business environment in China
  • Excellent communication, engagement and diplomacy skills in dealing with employees at all levels within the organization
  • Equipped with responsible, decisive, caring and collaborative personality
  • Proactive, self-motivated and willing to work under pressure
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, both English and Mandarin
