Job Description
深圳市 南山区

Job Duties:

  • Completing hiring tasks to meet the requirements of each department;
  • Recruitment/HR support on on-board/exit/training/system updating/filing…
  • Implementing orientation training, updating the training documents;
  • Handling resignation procedure, ensure everything is completed;
  • Managing employees' attendance and leaves, including annual leave, casual leave, sick leave;
  • Renewing employees' labor contracts on time and keep the contract into employees' files;
  • Visa application/updating for FR employees;
  • Keep good communication with the internal departments.
  • Other tasks assigned by Manager;


Requipment:

  • Bachelor degree or above majoring in human resources related fields;
  • 2019 graduate is acceptable;
  • Open-minded, be able to integrate himself/herself easily in a team and work with others in an international environment;
  • Good communication/Management skills
  • Willing to learn
  • PC and Microsoft Office skills (Excel)
  • Good written and verbal skills in English
  • Ability to work under pressure when needed
