Job Description
Job Duties:
- Completing hiring tasks to meet the requirements of each department;
- Recruitment/HR support on on-board/exit/training/system updating/filing…
- Implementing orientation training, updating the training documents;
- Handling resignation procedure, ensure everything is completed;
- Managing employees' attendance and leaves, including annual leave, casual leave, sick leave;
- Renewing employees' labor contracts on time and keep the contract into employees' files;
- Visa application/updating for FR employees;
- Keep good communication with the internal departments.
- Other tasks assigned by Manager;
Requipment:
- Bachelor degree or above majoring in human resources related fields;
- 2019 graduate is acceptable;
- Open-minded, be able to integrate himself/herself easily in a team and work with others in an international environment;
- Good communication/Management skills
- Willing to learn
- PC and Microsoft Office skills (Excel)
- Good written and verbal skills in English
- Ability to work under pressure when needed
