Responsible for recruiting webs’ maintenance and recruiting channel development.

Assist to complete the employment signature, alteration or transferring of contract. 协助完成劳动合同的签订、变更或转移手续。
Coordinate with the processing of employment on-board, internal transfer, promotion or termination. 负责员工办理企业内部入、转、调、离相关手续。
Organize the training programs for internal employees according to the approved training plan, provide training report according to the requirement;
根据批准的培训计划组织内部员工的培训计划,根据要求提供培训报告。
Check and follow up quarterly Employee Goals in HRIS;
跟进员工HRIS系统中的目标更新
Update the internal and external HR weekly and monthly report;
及时更新内外部HR周报和月报。
Handle residence permit points and work injury declaration
办理居住证积分及工伤申报等工作
Perform any other related responsibilities as needed;
完成上级交办的其他工作任务
任职资格:
College degree and major in human resource or related is preferred.
大专以上学历,人力资源相关专业者优先。
More than two years of relevant experience, has related working experiences in HR field in multi-national companies is preferred.
2年以上人力资源招聘工作经验优先,具有外资企业工作经验者优先。
Good command of English, both oral and written, CET4 at least.
良好的英文读写能力
Proficient in computer skill, including word,excel, PPT, etc.
熟悉类办公软件的应用与操作。
Detailed-oriented and organized. 认真仔细,做事有条理。
Work under pressure. 能够承受工作压力。
Service-oriented attitude, hardworking and willing to help,strong responsibilities 有服务意识,工作努力,乐于助人,有较强的责任心。
