Job Description
ABOUT YOUR ROLE
Attendance management and update to ensure our Compensation & Benefit in proper execution.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE
- Responsible for North China (including but not limit to Suzhou, Fuzhou, Qingdao, Ningbo) attendance management
a) Monitor and validate weekly & monthly attendance record
b) Leave applications validation
c) Weekly attendance analysis and monitor
d) Keep track of abnormal attendance record
e) Monthly attendance analysis and monitor
f) Answer questions from departments and employees about attendance
g) Provide traning and assist department clerk
- Attendance tracking
a) Monitoring OT & working hours status, and keep track with abnormal attendance
b) Keep track of attendance compliance
- Attendance system maintances
- Leave Management
- Provide local HR service to department or employee
a) Off boarding process handline
b) Payslip, EA receipt, housing fund receip and citizen card distribution
c) Provide assistance to sign contract, P-file management, customer audit and new joiner orientation.
- Other tasks assigned by supervisor
Qualifications
Qualification:
- College or above
- Familar with MS Office software
Requirement:
- Good communication skill and customer oriented mindset;
- Details oriented and good analysis skill
- Honest and reliable, strong sense of responsibilities and good confidentiality awareness
- Good logical thinking skill
- Able to adapt to high pressure working environment, strong time management skill
