Responsibilities

• Implement the firm’s graduate and intern recruitment strategy to achieve recruitment targets
• Act as University liaison and attend career talks, recruitment fairs; arrange firm visits for students, and coordinate university relationships
• Develop and maintain relationships with partners and teams in the Firm to understand their recruitment needs
• Manage the entire recruitment cycle from screening, qualifying to evaluating candidates for a possible match, scheduling interview, formulating offer letter and conducting joining process for graduates and interns
• Work with other KPMG offices in recruiting graduates, assist with brochure design and other graduate recruitment activities
• Data management by ensuring data integrity and effective management reporting
• Assist with human resources and recruiting events

Requirements

• Bachelor degree holder preferably in Human Resources or business-related disciplines
• Relevant recruitment experience, multinational company background will be preferred
• Excellent inter-personal and communication skills
• Strong presentation and problem-solving skills
• A passionate team player, detail-minded, able to deliver under tight deadline and pressure
• Fluent spoken and written English
