Plaza Premium Group is opening the first Airport Hotel in Beijing Daxing International Airport and is inviting calibers to join us.

  • Provide company with comprehensive and efficient human resources support and services
  • Responsible for a full range of HR functions including recruitment, selection, compensation and benefits, employee training and development, employee relations, etc.
  • Review and improve the company's human resources policies, systems and processes to match the company's business needs and strategies
  • Responsible for pre-opening HR logistics & administration
  • Perform other ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
  • 为公司提供全方位高效的人力资源支援和服务;
  • 负责全方位的人力资源职能, 包括招聘、甄选、薪酬福利、员工培训与发展、员工关系等;
  • 检讨及完善公司人力资源政策、制度及流程、以配合公司业务需求和战略;
  • 负责开幕前期的准备工作
  • 执行其他总部所指派的任务

Job requirement

  • Bachelor degree or above, Human Resource Management or related major
  • 5 years or more relevant experience in tourism/hotel management is preferred
  • Have a certain understanding of relevant labor laws in China will be a plus;
  • Experience in using HR information systems, proficient in MS Office
  • Good time management and analytical skills, interpersonal and problem solving skills
  • Conscious and responsible; able to work independently and work in a fast-paced work environment and work under pressure
  • Good at English and Mandarin
  • 大学本科及以上学历,人力资源管理或相关专业
  • 5年或以上工作经验,有旅游业/酒店管理的经验者优先
  • 对中国的相关劳动法例有一定认识更佳;
  • 有使用人力资源资讯系统的经验, 熟练掌握MSOffice
  • 良好的时间管理能力和分析能力,人际关系和解决问题的能力
  • 自觉、尽责; 能够在快节奏的工作环境中独立工作和团队合作,并在压力下工作
  • 擅长英语和普通话
