Day to Day Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment:
• Work together with Labor agency to execute daily operator’s recruiting plan
• Office employee Interview arrangement
2. Attendance & Benefit
• Attendance management
• Labor agency coordinate and management
• Employee information maintenance and name list update
• Responsible for on boarding & exit process
• Benefit distribution
• Annual leave management
• Department stationery purchase and other tasks assigned by Supervisor
3.Others:
• Communication meeting coordinate
• Dispatch transition management
• DL Labor contract renew
• EA/Commercial insurance update
Requirement:
• Bachelor’s degree, major in HR management/ business management/Law
• At least 2 years experiences in HR Job, preferred in manufacture background
