HR Associate, HR Solutions Centre, Asia Pacific

Job Description:

Principal Accountabilities
  • Respond to questions on basic administrative HR procedures and practices via multiple channels within our HR Solutions center (e.g., e-mail, phone, and case management system). Answer basic HR policy-related questions for both managers and employees, and escalate as appropriate. Perform routine administrative processes (40%)
  • Educate clients of services available to them and ensure accountability towards self-service tools such as Workday (Arrow’s HRIS) and other systems. (25%)
  • Utilize Workday to process specific employee-related transactions. (25%)
  • Continuously suggest process improvements focusing on standardization related to HR programs, initiatives and inquiries. (10%)

Job Complexity
  • Entry level job with limited prior relevant training or work experience
  • Acquires basic skills to perform routine tasks
  • Work is prescribed and completed with little autonomy
  • Has limited discretion to vary from established procedures
  • Works with either close supervision or under clearly defined procedures


Experience / Education
Typically requires a minimum of 1 year of experience. For warehouse jobs: Typically requires at least 5 years of experience.
