Purpose
To provide “one-stop-shopping” HR services and support to defined support areas in Shanghai LO and build strong business partnership with the internal customers so that they receive the expected value from HR department.
Key Responsibilities
? Manage the full range of HR activities and operations for the specific business units.
? Including but not limited to on-boarding, relocation, performance management, talent review, learning & development, implementing the full HR suite of activities.
? Manage key HR processes in alignment with people calendar as well as working closely with Talent and Rewards.
? Build strong collaborative working relationships with the relevant global, regional, and market HR teams needed to support the specified BUs.
? Support the strategic business plan process for Shanghai LO from an HR perspective.
? Analyze the required current and future competencies of the organization as well as initiate and drive the relevant actions accordingly, including training & development, Talent Management and Succession Management.
? Support Line Management to continuously drive high performance of the team.
? Build up and maintain an effective working relationship with internal customers to ensure that business needs are taken into consideration in developing HR initiatives and that adidas Global standards are fully understood and implemented.
? Be the point of contact for expatriates located in Shanghai.
? Cultivate and maintain a harmonious and trust culture between management and employees within the organization
? Keep current on local laws and regulations and ensure compliance in HR practices and internal/external audits. Proactively take part in the key HR initiatives/projects in support of furthering the business and people goals.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
? Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including coaching, consulting, influencing.
? Customer oriented and approachable
? Fluent in English (written and oral)
? Ability to work in a fast paced environment and deal effectively with change
? Excellent MS-Office skills are required; SAP HR experience is a plus
Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications
? University degree in Business Administrations, Human Resources, Psychology, Organizational Development or related field
? Minimum of 5 years of solid HR Management working experience in an international context
? Mature, well-organized, self-motivated, people-oriented and excellent team player
? Experience working closely with senior leaders.
