In this position, responsibilities include but are not limited to:
Running HR reports for data analysis
Working closely with the Benefits Team to support new portal implementations
Analyzing data trends and partnering with the Benefits Team to find root cause and design solutions
Reaching out to employees to obtain missing address information and fixing incorrect addresses.

Qualifications
You must possess the below minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Requirements listed would be obtained through a combination of industry relevant job experience, internship experiences and or schoolwork/classes/research.
Minimum Qualifications:
Must be an active student of Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Psychology or related.
Advanced English level.
Advanced Excel knowledge (Pivot tables, V-Lookup)
Must be willing to work at least 36 hours per week.
Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.

Work Model for this Role
This role will be eligible for our hybrid work model which allows employees to split their time between working on-site at their assigned Intel site and off-site.
