Job Description

POSITION OVERVIEW


The HR Business Partner I reports to Greater China/Korea HR Manager based in Shanghai, has responsibility for providing HR overall support in Yantai facility, including recruitment and selection, compensation and benefit, training and development, performance management, employee relationship, and etc.


PRIMARY DUTIES


  • Provide overall HR support for Yantai site, including:
  • Work with business partners to build an engaging environment with high integrity, trust and value;
  • Support the implementation of HBF HR policy and procedure, provide clarifications and consultancy and to managers and employees, make sure these policy and procedure are well understood and accepted at all levels;
  • Working with AP Talent Acquisition team and the hiring managers, leveraging resources available in closing the open positions with innovative solutions;
  • Coordinate recruitment and selection activities, including approval applications, job description preparation, vendor/channel management and interview process; lead operators hiring;
  • Administer compensation and benefit program and coordinate with HR outsourcing vendors in an accurate and timely manner;
  • Participation in salary and benefit surveys and other activities for the purpose of gaining relevant information on market practices in relation to labor and HR issues; Produce comp proposals align with market.
  • Support in training and development program and activity and deliver selected training programs such as new employee orientation, PPA, and other HR related training per requirement. Ensure all training course is well organized and training record is filed timely;
  • Coordinate in performance management process per corporate guideline and timeline;
  • Proceed all HRIS transactions as HR partners for Yantai site in a timely and accurate manner;
  • Employee profiles management;
  • Manage employee on board and exit process;
  • Play positive role in employee communication, identify issues and feedback to management;
  • Leading efforts in enhancing employee engagement
  • Perform ad-hoc HR related activities;
  • Other tasks as assigned.

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor degree required, major in HR management or business administration preferred
  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in foreign invested company
  • Familiar with China Labor Law, local labor regulations and practice, sound legal knowledge;
  • Good command of spoken and written English;
  • High proficiency in MS Office, especially in Excel and PowerPoint;
  • Proactive, self-motivated, strong sense of responsibility;
  • Good communication, interpersonal, organizing and planning skills;
  • Team player;
