Lenovo Data Center Group is looking for an experienced HR leader who challenges the ordinary and seeks to innovate and drive transformation in a growing business. The HR Business Partner will support the Data Center Group organization and senior executives/leaders in developing and implementing strategic and tactical HR initiatives focused on achieving and exceeding business objectives. They are critical and influential members of the leadership teams they support. The selected candidate must be a strategic thought leader, have a proven track-record of building partnerships with all levels of employees and managers up to the most senior executive. They must have a history of implementing successful HR programs across heavily matrixed and global organizations. Expertise in thought leadership, organizational agility, business acumen, relationship building, and solid execution are the keys to being successful in this position in Lenovo. Lastly, the candidate will have a heightened focus on customer centricity for the organizations they support. Position Description: • Provide strategic HR support to DCG Development &Quality organization including organization structure design, HR resource planning, talent mapping, leadership development etc. • Understand business strategy and engage business leaders to drive innovative environment through HR initiates/ tools such as performance management, recognition and other necessary HR programs. • Be responsible for key development projects such as Management Workshop etc. • Supports HR-related communications rollouts for assigned organization, ensuring that business is prepared to address HR programs and processes with accuracy and following the HR calendar. Collaborates with appropriate HR functions to gather information, address concerns proactively, and ensure business compliance with HR programs. #### Position Requirements: Position Requirements: • A degree with at least 10 years’ professional experience, several years HR business partner or HR generalist related experience. • Fluent English in both oral and written • Project Management experience, capability of dealing with ambiguity • Strategic Insight & Independent thinker, Strong communication skills and influencer • Experience in R&D organization of High Tech industry is preferred. • Experience in global organization HR management is preferred.
