Job Description

HR Business Partnership
Act as a dedicated HR BP to responsible business units to provide people & organizational solutions in the aspect of HR Operation, Employee Relation, Recruiting, Training& Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefit etc.
Cooperate with HR Center of Competence (CoC) to deliver efficient and effective HR measures/solutions to Business Units per HR Cycle Plan.
Being the consultant to employees for HR policy, guideline and process inquiry.
Support the growth of business in all HR areas and propose the optimization of HR policies and processes wherever needed.
Manage/control exceptional cases and maintain exceptions with appropriate approval.
Diagnose and analyze HR issues upon BU ad-hoc request, deliver timely and quality feedback to BU.
Regular review Org. structure with business department to ensure the org structure reflects the latest business status.
HR Functional Tasks
Guide line manager the process/requirement to kick-off hiring, review and verify every hiring request against HC planning.
Faciliate the hiring process based on BU recruitment needs.
Responsible for performance management and people development activities, and work together with BU to build up the talent pipeline.
Responsible for annual salary review process.
Handle employee relations with legal and compliance in-depth knowledge.
Organization Development
Act as the OD consultant to business operations, monitor and diagnose organization development and customize solutions to different business needs/situations.
Design of OD projects and application of OD processes and tools to enhance organization effectiveness.
HR Topics and Projects
Take the HR topic owner role for the defined HR area, and facilitate the implementation of related HR policies and processes within HRBP team.
Take lead of the defined HR related projects.
