Responsible for supporting specific function and business unit in addressing their human resources related needsRoles and Responsibilities:
- Consults with line management, providing HR guidance when appropriate.
- Analyzes trends and metrics in partnership with the CoEs to develop solutions, programs and policies.
- Manages and resolves complex employee relations issues in consultation with the Disciplinary Committee.
- Ensures compliance on HR policies and procedures which includes taking into account the Governance, Risk and Compliance framework.
- Leads change management projects for the assigned functions.
- Manage the succession pipeline to ensure stability of the organization.
- Provides day-to-day performance management guidance to line managers (e.g coaching, counseling, career development, disciplinary action)
- Works with management and employees to build morale, increase productivity and retention.
- Develops contract terms for new hires, promotions and transfers.
- Identifies training needs and executive coaching needs.
- Provides guidance and input on organization design, restructures and workforce planning.
- Performs other related duties as may be assigned.
Minimum Job Requirements:
- Excellent organizational skills, has attention to detail with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with MS applications
- Knowledge of labor laws and practices
