Location is Qinzhou-Guangxi Province

The HR Business Partner is expected to support of all people initiatives and Act as a change agent to align the organization to the core values, enterprising operating model and business objectives. Facilitate implementation of HR processes that align processes with company standards, site operations priorities and business strategies. Provide HR consulting expertise to local manufacturing and site HR leadership to maximize organization effectiveness.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicates regularly with all levels of regional, GBU or corporate HR leadership.
  • Maintains relationship with site and regional business leadership. Serves as a link between site leadership and regional/global HR resources.
  • Attend site weekly meeting, address key people issues and support implementation of people initiatives and processes that drive manufacturing excellence.
  • Advocate for a diverse, equitable and inclusive work environment.
  • Facilitates implementation of compensation, benefits, talent management and HRIS systems at site.
  • Complete the gap analysis of current HR practices or systems as well as develop and execute integration plans to meet business needs and global HR guidelines.
  • Implement organizational efforts and HR initiatives to improve overall site effectiveness.
  • Ensure HR work processes and supporting communication in and between skill center and generalist roles performs in an efficient, effective manner.
  • Acts as a catalyst for change and manages change processes to ensure effective implementation of HR strategy.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or above is expected.
  • Strong English communication both oral and written, and good presentation and cross functional communication capabilities.
  • Over 10 years HR experience in mechanical or chemical manufacturing environment, including at least 5 years’ managerial exposure by leading the site HR team. Cross culture (eg: JV) experience will be a plus.
  • Understand Key Operations Indicators to measure the operations performance.
  • Extensive knowledge or experience in various HR practices, such as: values/culture building, job evaluation, campus recruiting, talent bank, L&D, and etc.
  • General understanding of the related business programs applied in l manufacturing sites such as OpEx, Preventable Maintenance, ISO and OSHEA systems.
  • Open and diversified, passionate, patient, team spirit and results driven.
