To find out more about us check: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=baa_aiJ4L7E The HR Business Partner has responsibility for providing HR leadership and support to PDC leaders and their teams in the Vienna Headquarters, support the HR Country Manager and is responsible for the deployment of key HR processes and initiatives in the HQ. The role will fulfil the following primary objectives: Manage the employee-life-cycle (employer branding, recruiting, onboarding, talent development, etc.) and ensures compliance with local labour directives, legal and organizational requirements Coordinate and support divisional HR projects and processes by working closely together with the HR Country Manager and the HR colleagues in the countries to support the HR strategic objectives Collect, prepare and analyse HR data for management reports Build organizational capability to meet the current and future needs of the business; utilize data to assess and address functional talent development needs, including succession planning, talent acquisition, organization design, diversity, retention and tracking of Talent Review actions Ensure that all HR activities and programs are implemented in accordance with Eaton’s HR strategy and the Function’s strategy in collaboration with centralized resources (e.g., HR Services, COEs (Center of Excellence) Qualifications Your essential skills we are looking for: University degree.minimum requirement is BA (any subject), preferably with a spezalisation in HR. Master's Degree preferred Minimum 5 years' experience in multi-national HR Operational and Management environment Experience in partnering with senior leadership to create and drive strategic HR and key functional organization initiatives Fluent English and German skills Knowledge of Austrian labor law Experience in driving organizational and cultural changes in a complex environment Strong work ethic Collaborative and team-work focused style Experience in coaching and advising middle managers on business critical issues Desired skills: Proficiency in working with the Works council Experience in introducing new HR initiatives/practices and in driving continuous improvement in a multinational environment Exposure to the manufacturing and power management industry What we offer to you: Competitive compensation and benefits package Flexible working solutions Culture & Values – We are more than the products we invent and produce – the way we do business is just as important.
