Intel has announced a major expansion of Intel's production capacities in Europe and plans to develop two first-of-their-kind semiconductor fabs in Magdeburg, Germany, the capital of Saxony-Anhalt. Planning has started, with construction expected to begin in the first half of 2023 and production planned to come online in 2027, subject to European Commission State aid approval and funding approval by the German authorities.

Being a HR Business Partner in HR at Intel requires you to be highly customer oriented, working in an ambitious team of best-in-class HR professionals of various functions, while being bold, creative, take risks, and bring your best possibility thinking to every challenge the field of Human Resource may provide.
The HR Business Partner will partner with business units onsite Magdeburg as well as executives and leadership to align our HR programs and processes to meet their business needs towards the start-up of Magdeburg.
- This role entails intensive planning and design efforts in various areas of this function, for this project and related projects.
- The HR Business Partner will be a key player of an account team Germany. This team will provide HR solutions that deliver meaningful results for all business units residing in Magdeburg.
- Consults with employees and managers to address root causes of human resources issues and attempts to resolve employee relations issues with a systematic approach.
- Implements and ensures effective communication and education of all HR programs, processes and initiatives to all of Intel's business groups
- Assists management in the development of solutions through organizational development and cultural and process-oriented perspectives
- May play a role in administering talent management and succession planning activities within client organization
- Analyzes data and documentation to evaluate and influence employees and management regarding employee relations
- Collaborates with COEs and BHR roles to create and implement needed HR solutions
- Applies project management and change management processes to plans and priorities
- Leverages foundational organization capability principles and/or design components to improve individual, group and organizational functioning
- Coaches, mentors and/or advises employees at all levels to help drive growth and development
- Works on significant and unique issues where analysis of situations or data requires an evaluation of intangibles
Final location is Magdeburg site.
Interim location of this role is Home Based Office until office premises will be available, ETA Q4 2022.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership engagement and stakeholder management
- Ability to influence and partner with different levels of the organization to achieve results
- Strong business and HR acumen, including data analysis, problem solving and critical thinking
- Ability to conceptualize, strategize solutions and handle a various tasks simultaneously
- Self-starter and result oriented and comfortable when dealing with ambiguity
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate at all levels within and outside the organization
- Great narrative writing skills and proven experience at presenting
- Strong execution capability to deploy HR solutions
Minimum Qualifications:
- Degree in Human Resources Management or any related field
- Several years of related Business HR partnering experience in MNC environment
- Willing to relocate to Magdeburg (if applicable)

Work Model for this Role
