Objectives: Interface to Business Department to understand business needs and provide professional HR services and solutions
Main Tasks:
1. HR Business Partner to assigned business units for HR solutions
- Act as a dedicated HR BP to several business department and provide HR services & solutions in the aspect of HR Operation, Employee Relation, Recruiting , Training& Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefit etc.
- Cooperate with HR Center of Competence(CoC) to deliver efficient and effective HR measures/solutions to Business Departments
- Being the consultant to employees for HR policy, guideline and process Inquiry
- Support the growth of business in all HR areas and propose the optimization of HR policies and processes wherever needed
- Standardize of HR processes by developing and maintaining SOP in order to fulfill the internal compliance and risk control requirement
- Manage/control exception cases and maintain exceptions with appropriate approval
- Diagnose and analysis HR Issues upon BU ad-hoc request, deliver timely and quality feedbacks to BU
- Coordinate between Business Department and Controlling Department for Headcount and Operation Planning
- Regularly review Org. structure with business department to ensure the Org. chart reflects the latest business status.
2. Organization Development(OD)
- Act as the OD consultant to business department, minitor and diagnose organization development and customize solutions to different business needs/situations
- Design of OD projects and application of OD processes and tools to enhance organization effectiveness
3. Employee Relationship
- Advise on employment law, labor relations, social security
- Ensure HR practices be compliant to local laws and statutory/audit requirements, and be consistent to Company strategic direction.
- Negotiate and resolve collective and individual cases of employment matters
- Through daily HR communication to promote company values and support culture build-up.
4. Topic Management & HR Projects
- Closely cooperate with respective CoC as focal contact point to ensure a timely and smooth communication, meanwhile develop adaptations, continuously optimize related processes and drive implementations with HR BP team for assigned HR topics and projects;
- Develop concepts and programs to meet specific business needs when necessary, and steer the implementation through HR BP team as the topic owner
- Lead or involved ad-hoc functional or cross-functional HR projects in an agile way
