We are looking for a HR Business Partner in Eaton’s Corporate Business, based in Tanauan, Batangas. As Business Partner is to partner and support our leaders in the Corp. (the Philippines and Southeast Asia) on all HR related matters. The position primarily focuses on GBO operations and build organizational capability in PH and also support other Corp. functions on driving common HR initiatives. The key responsibilities will include: Planning and implement HR Strategy to meet the current and future organization needs. Measure and diagnose organizational effectiveness Understand business goals and take the HR initiatives to support business goals Act as a resource and advisor to employees and managers regarding HR policies, procedures, and employee benefits etc. Own the development of organization capability and capability through talent review processes and ensuring actions are taken to advance career opportunities and skill development Drive activities on improving employee satisfaction, motivation, and engagement Work collaboratively with leaders throughout the business, assisting leaders in understanding HR programs and initiatives Deploy all HR general activities such as recruitment, compensation, employee relations, performance management, talent review etc. Assist with company-wide committees including wellness, Inclusion & Diversity, communications, etc. Support in employee communication and co-ordinate local employee activities or events Qualifications If you have/are: Bachelor’s degree or above, in Human Resources is preferred 5 years or above human resources management experience Prefer the experience working in an SSC or BPO industry Good understanding of HR Operations (i.e., payroll, recruiting, etc.) Good understanding of the Shared services practices in PH, including any local benefits and programs Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) Good learning agility Result driven and problem-solving skills Strong business focus/insight Aptitude in problem-solving and resourceful Join us now!
