Job Description
Overall Roles & Responsibility:
The HR Business Partner is responsible for being the operational partner in terms of HR support for Sales departments Zone 6 of SERVIER China (The territory including Shandong, Shanxi, Liaoning, Jilin, Heilongjiang)
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Talent Acquisition: Ensure a smooth/successful hiring /on boarding process in HR team, by partnering with the different teams like Compensation & Benefits, On-boarding, Learning & development, etc.
1.1 Plans, develops, implements, and evaluates recruiting strategies that attract qualified candidates.
1.2 Create strategy and direction for specific territory recruiting initiatives.
1.3 Work with hiring managers to identify open positions in advance.
1.4 Utilize a variety of tools and recruiting networks to identify suitable candidates.
1.5 Reviews resumes and pre-screens candidates.
1.6 Conduct executive recruitment to include identifying interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates and fulfilling special requirements.
1.7 Counsel hiring managers throughout the selection process.
1.8 Serve as an expert on employment laws and hiring processes.
1.9 Oversees planning and programs related to other recruitment efforts such as colleges, trade associations, advertising campaigns, etc.
2) Talent Development: Ensure the appropriate process is applied to build a skilled and motivated team.
3) Separation: Conduct separation Interview and survey, provide analysis report by clarifying the voluntary and involuntary reasons, help to make strategic plan for talent retention.
4) Performance Management: Execute SERVIER performance review and performance management processes. Coordinate with staffing team to ensure our team members' performance management is handled appropriately.
5) Employee Relations: Act as an employee advocate, single point of contact on all HR related issues.
6) Business Partnership: Coach Line Managers in building relationships among functional team members. Build strong relationship between HR and other departments.
7) Company Policy and Procedures: Monitor & ensure all employees comply with the Company's rules & regulations. Educate and be the role model in Company's core values e.g. Code of Conduct, SERVIER Behaviors. Investigate any actions/events against the Company's rules or policies and advise to Line Manager the appropriate disciplinary actions.
8) Project initiate: Lead or monitor all kind of project or tasks that line manager assigned.

Background Required:
1) Experience of recruitment to ensure the talent acquisition process is efficient internally and externally.
2) Strong customer focus and proven ability to build productive relationships at all levels of the organization.
3) Experience of getting to know and understand the business and to identify how HR can best contributes to its success.
4) Can afford travel needs (approx. 1/4 of working time).
5) Bachelor's degree or above in HR Management or similar.
6) 5 years and above of HR experience in recruitment role, various HR roles is preferred.
7) Strong English / Chinese communication and presentation skills.
