Description
Objective of job
Support staffing process, workforce panning, talent management and organizational development practices to ensure an effective and efficient implementation of HR operation.

Task description
- General HR Business Operations
- Support HR senior manager to provide services & solutions in the aspect of HR Operation, Employee Relation, Recruiting , Training& Development, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefit etc. to business operations
- Provide support in recruitment activities to ensure the recruitment is in line with the OP/hiring plan.
- Together with the line managers to review the organization structure/chart, roles, job description and goals and ensure the information is up to date (through Mercer IPE methodology & ORG policy)
- Cooperate with HR Center of Competence(CoC) to deliver efficient and effective HR measures/solutions to business operations
- Cooperate with HR senior managerand business manager to develop employee development related programs to ensure the employees are motivated, developed and retained according to organizational and personal development needs
- Employee Relation
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to day-to-day employee management, reducing legal risks and ensuring regulatory compliance
- Provide day-to-day performance management guidance to line management (with resource of coaching, counseling, career development, and disciplinary actions)
- Provide HR policy guidance and interpretation
- Provide guidance and input on business organization restructure, workforce planning and succession planning
- Organization Development(OD)
- Act as the first tier OD consultant to business operations, discuss organization development needs and customize solutions to different business needs / situations
- Support to the design of OD projects and application of OD processes and tools to enhance organization effectiveness
- HR Projects
- May assume responsibility for other projects in the HR department as necessitatd by business demands
Qualifications
Qualification
- Education:
- Bachelor/ Master Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources, overseas education
- Experience:
- at least 4-5 years working experiences in the area of HR, and 1-2 years working experience in MNC as HR business partner or HR generalist preferred.
- Specific Knowledge & Competence:

- Be the team player with proactive attitude
- Chinese (native speaker), excellent English oral and written skill
- Good command of computer skill, e.g. excel. word, PPT etc
