Job Description
Job purpose:
To partner with national leadership team to achieve the business strategy and objectives by leading people and culture strategy within the function.
Job challenges:
Fast changing environment necessitates agility in adapting practices and maturity
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for ensuring all National departments to execute HR plan and manage their personnel costs and FTE within budget.
1, Business Partner for National Teams
? Act as a bridge to represent the people agenda and translate functional needs into HR actions
? Mentor and coach the Leadership Team on HR activities and issues plus proactively advice on continuous improvement in people areas
2, People performance & talent
? Identification of key and critical talent ensuring a robust retention, development and career plan in place
? Support business with succession planning and recruitment of top talent (skills, experience, culture & organization fit)
3, Employee Relations
? Coach and assist managers through the process to manage any disciplinary or performance issues with employees ensuring fairness, consistency and adherence to process and legislation
? To be a trusted advisor and confidant for employees to solve problems, provide advice and be an advocate on behalf of employees
4, Leadership, Engagement & Culture development
? Monitor & measure leadership style and effectiveness
? Provide feedback and coaching to the leaders
? Assist in the roll out and communication of the climate survey to ensure maximum response rate
? Assist managers in the interpretation, communication and action planning of the climate survey results
5, Organization Design and Change Management
? Assist leadership team in defining the future organization resource and skills requirements
? Facilitating and providing expertise around change management projects
? Manage the restructuring process
? Ensure job descriptions are kept up to date
6, Policy and procedures
? Ensure understanding and compliance to local legislation, Heineken policy & code of conduct and HC policy in action.
? Ensure employees complete required eLearn and weLearn modules on policy and procedure.
? Maintain a high standard of quality, operational excellence in any HR process.
7, Global / AP Region / National Project support
? Provide support for the successful implementation of global / AP region / national initiatives
Qualifications:
1, Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, HR major preferred
2, 8+ years’ HR in a business / commercial environment
3, Fluent in Mandarin and English
4, FMCG / Line management experience
