HRBP:

1. Formulate HR strategy and align with business strategic plan

2. Review and analyze business request to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve talent acquisition, talent development, employee performance, retention, compensation, employee relations and employee value proposition

3. Work with leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, succession planning, and skills assessment

4. Ensure all HR practices, records, etc. are in full compliance with statutory requirements

5. Work closely with managers to ensure HR initiatives/programs are implemented effectively and transparent communication

6. Provide management coaching to build people managers’ leadership capabilities

7. Drive HR initiatives such as employee survey, employee engagement events etc.

8. Take lead the training work to complete the training plan and improve employees’ skill and literacy.

9. Drive/Participate in other HR projects, programs or activities, as assigned

Admin:

10. Responsible for the Admin. related issue (Reception of visitors, air ticket and hotel booking management, travel management, office stationery, etc.)

11. Responsible for invitation letter for foreign visitors or Ansell employees; Visa application for employees who will travel abroad.

12. Manage the cleaning team, ensure for providing the smooth support to all employees.

13. Manage CI (Company Image) related issues, such as posters, image decoration, internal communication, etc. to ensure Ansell standard are met.

14. Draft and revise Admin. relevant regulations.

15. Responsible or support to organize the company events and employees’ activities.

16. To ensure the 5S and EHS in this position or related responsible area.

17. Others may be raised by GM or HRD.
