One of our customers is now seeking a talented Assistant HR Manager, Business Partner, reporting to HR Vice President serving the IT related BU, duties which include but not limit to:

  • Provide tactical & operational advice and support to BU leaders on people issues and organizational challenges
  • Work closely with center of excellence to provide timely and effective solutions/programs to align with business objectives
  • Facilitate leaders to prepare and monitor BU’s HR budget, conduct workforce planning, design organizational structure and drive talent management
  • Design and implement change management, communication and engagement strategies for the BU
  • Be a primary point of contact for staff and maintain good employee relationship
  • Manage staff movements and disciplinary cases for the BU

 

Qualifications & Skills

  • Degree holder in HR or related discipline with minimum 3-5 years of experience
  • Outstanding influencing skills & business sense and can integrate/balance competing needs of stakeholders
  • Demonstrated ability in analyzing data/processes and translating findings into practical strategies/solutions for the business units
  • Prior hands-on experience in project and management
  • Self-initiated, positive and can manage multiple task at a tight timeline
  • Working knowledge of MS Office products, including the ability to develop and analyze metrics
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Open mind to new technology and have global exposure will have advantage
