Job Description

Business Partnering



  • Support HoHR to ensure the delivery of corporate objectives and strategy are met, whilst ensuring all activity complies with company policies and processes, and employment legislation

  • Support HoHR or/and line managers on issues including performance, absence, discipline and grievance to maintain employee relations

  • Support HoHR for coaching line managers and staff in all aspects of HR policies and procedures

  • Support HoHR as an internal consultant and change agent to ensure cultural and organizational initiatives are understood and accepted

  • Support HoHR to facilitate managers with employee development, succession planning and talent retention to ensure appropriate levels of skill and knowledge are in place to meet ongoing business needs.

  • Support and/or participate in HR and/or business projects to support business priorities


Compensation & Benefits (including payroll)



  • Execute and coordinate payroll related data submission, verification with HR share service and HR vendors

  • Excecute and coordinate and manage benefits in scope of group health and life insurance, provident fund and oversea travel

  • Prepare and excutuve annual and monthly payroll and relevant statutory reports, coordinate with HR Share Service/ Vendors 


HR Information System



  • Prepare, coordinate, provide and verify employee data to be updated and maintianed in HR system

  • Regular update employee personal data to be accuracy 


Global Assignment Management



  • Prepare documents based on goverment requriement related to work permt and visa

  • Coordinate and manage with visa/ work permit vendor

  • Monitor and control visa/ work permit expiry 


Recruitment (full life cycle)



  • Generate internal and external job posting as well as coordinate with recruitment agencies

  • Coordinate and arrange interview appointment with hiring manager and shortlist candidates

  • Coordinate and manage hiring process, candidate requirement and reference background check

  • Update monthly reports related to headcount, hiring tracking or any related

  • Facilitate On-Off boarding process

  • Filing personal inofrmation in accordance with minimum standards of HR works policy 


Training & Development



  • Support HoHR to prepare the relavant materials related to LEAD-IT and Impulse

  • Coordinate and manage entire process of training arrangement either external or in-house training including training record

  • Prepare, operate and summary the training needs/ survey within company yearly basis

  • In collaborate with Purchasing team for selection vendor or payment

  • Create and purpose annual training plan

  • Generate any related training reports as required and assigned

  • Participate any sessions related to HR updates


Labour Law/ Audit/ Compliance



  • Understand and follow standards process in compile with labour law, data protection, regulations and policies both corporate and country level

  • Proceed Sanction List Check against external hiring

  • Proceed Compliance Check as defined functions

  • Support and excute relevant annual HR audits, data preparation and submission


General HR administration support



  • Coordinate and oversee process related to general guidelines and policies such as company car, security, occupational health and safety, pandemic and crisis management 

  • Coordinate with government offices, vendors and agents 

  • Prepare and provide information to produce Employee ID and business card

  • HR documentation and filing

  • Prepare and generate HR report update for monthly, annually or timely requested

  • Any tasks as assigned
