Job Description

HR Business Partnering
Establish a Business Partner approach to HR providing consultation, guidance and coaching to the department heads, team leaders and employees in all aspects of HR including, Employment Law, remuneration and other HR related topics.
Managing the achievement of people strategies towards the successful accomplishment of the overall organization’s strategy.
Drive performance management, learning & development, employee relations, leadership development and talent recruitment.
In charge of overall people cycle from hiring to exiting and ensure all processes are properly managed and administered by relevant internal/external stakeholders.
Manage Talent acquisition processes and facilitate/conduct interviews and assessment centers for MB Korea.

Employee Relations Management & Culture
Conduct ‘Employee Engagement Surveys’ and provide company-wide and department level analysis and facilitate follow-up action items
Be a role model and change champion to “Leadership 20X” – Daimler’s new leadership model.
Lead Employee TF team and conduct self-organized events to make great place to work.
Facilitate quarterly Labor Management Committee meetings and handle employees enquiries in LMC
Follow up on LMC topics with respective stakeholders and coordinate with Chairperson of LMC

Talent Management & Performance Management
Be responsible of Talent management & Performance appraisal processes for MB Korea

Manage accurate & up-to-date data in HR Performance Management systems (LEAD-IT & Impulse)
Conduct Performance appraisal calibrations (PPVM) at department levels and co-facilitate company-wide PPVM
Conduct Potential & Development reviews (EDC) at department levels and support company-wide EDC processes
Coordinate Talent management initiatives with Global & Regional Topic management teams

Compensation & Benefit
Manage annual salary cycle and employee benefit programs
Conduct annual/ad-hoc market survey and develop reward proposal; job matching, market and internal data analysis working closely with the external providers and BPs with other Daimler entities in Korea
Review monthly payroll data and ensure high level of accuracy and quality execution
Manage payroll service provider and drive continuous improvements
Coordinate employee queries on C&B related topics and coordinate with Regional HR team
Ensure HR operations are aligned with internal policies & procedures and consult with Global/regional topic management teams
Provide personnel cost during annual budget cycle (OP) to Finance team
Monitor monthly budget plan vs. spending; labour cost and HR overhead, and provide a report to Head of HR
