Human Resources
The Human Resources unit helps Infineon to put its strategy into practice. We proactively tackle HR-relevant employee and management topics and take a lead role in the realization of HR-related programs, processes and activities. HR focus topics range from Leadership over Talent to Workforce and do thus improve people excellence in the whole company.
In your new role you will:
HRBP roles:
- Strategic business partner to BU senior leaders, to ensure the effective use of business resources, acting as advisor/consultant, proposing /delivering sound solutions to support business growth and to meet China business needs
- Assess the implementations of strategic options based on the understanding of all the business units and the business groups , develop and deliver well integrated people strategies for all the business units
- Provide sound and timely support related to HR topics to business stakeholders from workforce planning, compensation benefits issues, employee retention, Great Place to Work, performance management, internal transfer, international assignments, talent development, job grading, organization development, employee relations, etc., to make sure customer satisfaction
- Work closely with business customers, assisting them to understand and implement corporate policies, procedures and to ensure compliance of China laws/regulations as well as company policy and guidelines
- Provide administrative support as required based on current company policy and process to ensure HR operational excellence
- Initiate and drive HR related projects based on business needs; coordinate /participate in HR projects as per request
- Participating in recruiting /selection using all relevant HR marketing, recruiting and selection channels
- Advice and involving in processing re-organizations
- Moderation of employee /leadership dialogues incl. cross-site/-regional/ international environment
Site HR role:
- Responsible for the operative HR advisor activities for Shenzhen site to meet the needs of internal and external customers, per site development strategy
- Advice of managers and employees in all HR related needs or matters
- Advice and involved in processing re-organizations
- Execute global / regional & China country level program at the site
- Speaker of the site management
- Coordinate and implement policies and programs at site
- Manage site specific HR topics and administrative issues as per local regulations
You are best equipped for this task if you have:
- Bachelor degree
- 15+ years' experience with at least 8 years as HR professionals from MNC, experience from Hi-tech industry preferred
- Strategic thinking abilities balanced with hands-on operational experience
- Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
- Strong consultant skills to influence and get things done through good partnership with others
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently and effectively in a multi-national and multi-cultural environment
- Ability to implement process change and deliver a consistent, qualified support pipeline
- Good knowledge and understanding of China labour laws
- Ability to work under pressure, with strong attention to details
- Excellent English communication skills both in written and spoken
