Job Description

We are seeking an HR Business Partner to work for one of our Swire subsidiaries. The role is accountable for ensuring that allocated client groups have the necessary HR support to drive the achievement of broader business and departmental goals.

The successful candidate will join Swire as part of the Swire HR Leadership Programme. The Programme is a structured specialist leadership development programme which will provide you with targeted training, development, coaching and rotations approximately every 3 years across HR disciplines and/or Swire companies. The purpose of this programme is to build and develop a capable pool of HR leaders and to provide individuals on the programme with accelerated development and broad career opportunities across the Swire group of companies.

 

Key Accountabilities

  • Work closely with the business to support and enable organisational and departmental change
  • Work with departmental leadership teams to support strategy execution
  • Support integrated talent management activities for client groups 
  • Utilise HR analytics to inform decision-making
  • Build and manage relationships with business leaders in pursuit of exploring opportunities and solving problems, partnering on solution implementation and recommending appropriate means for doing so
  • Support departmental communications activity, in collaboration with the CofEs
  • Support departmental people and organisation change programmes
  • Coach managers and/or employees on HR related issues including performance, terminations, career development, team development and talent management
  • Act as the subject matter expert for departments across the HR spectrum, involving centres of excellence as required

 

Candidate Requirements

  • Have at least 6 years’ experience in a generalist or HRBP role
  • Proactive and resilient with the ability to drive change and manage multiple stakeholders effectively
  • Candidates must share our Swire Values of Integrity, Humility, Excellence and Endeavor
  • Passionate about developing a career within the Swire group as a part of the Swire HR Leadership Programme
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
