You are…

• Bachelor’s degree and above
• Several years of relevant working experience in plant
• Some proven consulting and relationship management skills, with the demonstrated ability to develop effective strategic relationships with senior stakeholders.
• Change management and ideally some transformation knowledge and skills.
• Planning, some organizations and ideally some project management skills.
• Able to translate business challenges into a people-agenda.
• Analytical, investigative and problem solving skills.
