HR Business Partner for EMEA Data Center Business Group

Job Description
#### Position Description:
We are looking for Senior HR Partner for Data Center Group (DCG) in EMEA
region who will act as part of Global DCG HR Sales Team. You will provide HR
support to the DCG EMEA Sales leadership team, consult with employees and
managers to address and resolve human resource issues in conjunction
with/leveraging country HR.
You will report to EMEA DCG HR Leader.
What else You will do?
• Translate current and future business needs into an overall integrated
strategic HR plan in alignment with Senior HR Partner
Role & Responsibilities
• Build an understanding of policies, procedures and processes in Lenovo and
apply where required across EMEA geo (with support from country HR)
• Manage the tracking of hiring to ensure that there is a full cycle to aid
the Finance team with their budget planning
• Ensure that all hiring is managed in line with correct job codes/categories
• Be responsible for the accurate application and recording of employee data
across EMEA DCG Sales org eg: sales categories and job codes
• Monitor/coordinate performance management and career development across the
org
• Follow through on Lenovo Listens results and coordinate relevant actions
plans
• Assist with Annual Comp Cycles Actions
• Resolve complex operational or strategic issues by proposing a solution
which effectively addresses the problem within established guidelines,
principles, and policies. Escalates where applicable to Senior HRP
• Manage, communicate and implement a variety of global HR programs & policies
into the EMEA where required
#### Position Requirements:
• 5 or more years of experience in Human Resources
• Capable of resolving complex and detailed issues by evaluating information
from several sources of information (both internal and external as applicable)
• Skilled at HR process improvement
• Proven record of being able to provide advice & counsel on organization and
people issues, based on an understanding of client’s strategy, objectives and
priorities.
• Robust and resilient attitude with the ability to manage ambiguity at times
Base gross monthly salary from 2100 EUR, depending on experience + variable
part 12% of your annual earnings
