In this position, you will be a member of a global team, mainly supporting Intel's Human Resource automation solutions, such as desktop automation and robotic processing automation (RPA) and other HR information systems.
Your responsibilities will include, but will not be limited to:
Designing or reengineering or end-of-life systems or automation solutions to improve the efficiency and effectiveness while maintaining internal knowledge management and retention through documentation and training to comply with internal quality management guidelines and industry best practices.
Taking part in all steps of project life cycle: exploration, audits and compliance assessment (security, legal, international, etc.), requirement gathering, solution design, solution configuration, test case creation and execution, documentation and training, migration and enablement of transition change management, implementation, stabilization and maintenance of HR information systems and automations.
Developing strong relationships and communicating effectively with customers and stakeholders from different geographical locations to understand their business processes in order to organize and document their value drivers such as requirements and exceptions, risks and dependencies, systems interactions, potential improvements, return of investment through expected systems improvements savings
Business engagement expert, perform process observations, set desktop automation standards, owns L3 fixes, validates and onboards new tools and technologies
End-to-End ownership of HR systems including troubleshooting, performing root cause analysis, bug fixing, users access management, change control board impact assessments, escalating and partnering with upstream and downstream internal technical teams or external vendors.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field.
2+ years of experience in software engineering, including knowledge of development principles, frameworks, and technologies.
1+ of professional experience in: Databases: Access, MS SQL (stored procedures, SSIS).
Intermediate-Advanced Programming skills (web-tools and desktop tools) Scripting language experience JavaScript, AJAX
Advanced knowledge of MS PowerQuery and Macros (VBA scripting) / MS Office Excel for data analysis / MS SharePoint Online (Power Automate, Forms, Workflows)
Advanced written and spoken English
Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
Preferred Qualifications:
Robotic Processing Automation configuration skill and knowledge (RPA)
Programming skills (web-tools and desktop tools): Scripting language experience (Perl, Python, R, JavaScript, AJAX)
Agile Methodology (Scrum, Kanban)
Windows Servers Administration, UML, Flowcharts
HR systems background, SAAS and project management experience
Knowledge in ITIL Service Management

Work Model for this Role
