The HR Cloud Product Support Business Solutions Architect is responsible for designing, building and maintaining Human Resource solutions that coordinate and cooperate across multiple platforms.
This position requires both broad and deep content knowledge in order to understand the strategic business requirements and overarching programs/business processes that may be impacted across the business enterprise. Maintains strong relationships with customers to understand business processes and identify value drivers, and uses this knowledge to develop strategic requirements with Subject Matter expert. Analyzes and determines the impact to all business platform modules to ensure that an integrated solution is maintained. Designs, and oversees and the development, testing and implementation processes. Ensures ongoing maintenance and alignment of the functional configuration between new and existing Human Resource products.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Information Technology or a similar technology field.
5+ years of relevant experience.
Intermediate SaaS-based architecture.
3+ years of experience in analyzing business requirements and the needs/objectives to successfully map them to the solutions and products that are being implemented.
Advanced English level.
Must have permanent-unrestricted right to work in Costa Rica.
Preferred Qualifications:
One or more of the following
3-5 years of experience as a tool general admin.
3-5 years of experience in Learning. Familiarity with the Learning and Development world programs and their underlying technologies and business processes is extremely desirable.
3-5 years of experience in Talent.
3-5 years of experience with Concur.

Work Model for this Role
This role is available as fully home-based and generally would require you to attend Intel sites only occasionally based on business need.
