职位描述
1) Continuously optimize Compensation & Benefits related operation process, including employee life cycle, payroll, salary merit, bonus calculation, local and global programs.
2) Analyze organizational incentive structure, based on business development and requirement to work out the optimization plan as well as to ensure accurate implementation.
3) Based on business and project lifecycle to workout cost budget and analysis to provide human resource cost support, for example, budget and forecast.
4) Manage HR and payroll systems covering employee data update, reports, data analysis, etc. Ensure data integrity and accuracy and provide high quality HR data analysis and reports.
5) Manage external payroll and social security vendors' service delivery to provide quality service on mandatory insurance in & out, financial report, etc,.
6) Internal consultant role to answer employee question about HR policy and government regulations.
7) Provide ad-hoc operational and project support per assignment by HRD.
职位要求
1) Bachelor’s Degree with 5-8 years' solid HR experience with proven experience in compensation & benefits or projects.
2) Analytical and problems solving abilities with can-do attitude.
3) Good interpersonal and communication skills with internal and external parties
4) Proficient in Excel and data analysis.
