HR Change Lead  

Reporting To: HR Transformation Programme Manager

Location: Remote / Hybrid to Maidenhead         

Duration: Fixed Term Contract (Until June 2024 initially)                

Job Purpose

Due to our continuous growth and following on from the successful acquisition of SDL, RWS has embarked on a transformation journey to implement Microsoft Dynamics 365 into our Global HR function. To support us on this journey, we are looking for an experienced HR Workstream Change Lead who will lead the functional change programme for our Global HR. You will support and enable the transition to the new operating model processes, guide on ways of working and the new systems while ensuring all line managers, hiring managers and colleagues are aware of the new processes and how they will impact everyone in RWS.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create future state definition and value proposition for the function for use with managers/ hiring managers, employees, and communities
  • Responsible for facilitating impact of change at a country level via a network of Country leadership teams and Change Champions
  • Incorporate existing RWS resources and learning programmes where appropriate to avoid creating material from scratch
  • Utilize appropriate change methodologies and tools to achieve the required results.
  • Facilitate workshops to drive adoption ▪ Work with the learning team to ensure that learning content meets the requirements of the functional community
  • Design, develop, deliver, and manage key functional workstream communications, collaborating as needed with the communication team and stakeholders
  • Ensure learning resources and support mechanisms are leveraged appropriately to drive adoption
  • Complete change management and business readiness assessments to ensure adoption, define and measure success metrics and monitor change progress

Skills & Experience

  • Leading HR functional change programmes for multi-country, on a global/complex scale (preferred)
  • Delivering change in culture, roles, processes, and systems across all stakeholder groups (e.g., leaders, managers, employees); measuring and securing adoption
  • Experience with change management methodologies and tools (required); change management certification (preferred)
  • Excellent listening, written and oral communication skills
  • Stakeholder management skills; comfortable acting as an adviser and presenting to senior stakeholders
  • Ability to influence others and establish and maintain strong relationships
  • Resilient and tenacious, ability to work in a fast-paced environment
