Duties and Responsibilities:

1.Take responsibility of promotional materials (such as poster, brochure, desk calendar etc.) graphic design and production;

2.Assist in event management. Be in charge of large scale event promotion;

3.Work closely with Risk HRBP Communication manager; develop communication channel and tools based on business unit’s requirement;

4.Be responsible of WeChat platform daily operation, which includes content collection and editing, graphic processing, and daily news push-delivery and WeChat platform maintenance;

5.Other tasks that assigned by team.

Requirements:

1.Excellent skills in PS, AI, ID, H5, PPT, and basic knowledge on video editing;

2.Strong design capability and good sense of structure and color;

3.Experienced in WeChat platform operation, understand users’ mentality and focus on user experience;

4.Good ability of execution and communication;

5.Ability to work in fast paced environment, working independent and efficient, good teamwork spirit, and working well under pressure;

6.Major in graphic design, art, or visual communication design related, full-time college degree or above;

7.3+ years of experience on graphic design, 1+ year of experience on company WeChat operation;
