Position: HR Compliance Officer


Division/Department: HR, Orga. & ITP / HR Management


Location: Beijing


Main goals and objectives:


  • The HR Compliance Officer has an important role as responsible for the establishment of the Compliance in all the Human Resources as a Officer in charge of the Management System that will be aligned within the local laws and the requirements from the Volkswagen Group. Under the range of the HR Compliance Officer is to Implement the Recommendations with a continuous improvement, to prevent risks in the Human Resources processes by monitoring, additionally is figure who promotes and ensures the Compliance in Human Resources and all around the company.

  • Contributes in the achieving goals of the company by the assurance of the Compliance in the core processes of Human Resources including; Hiring, Retention, Promotion, Compensation and Disciplinary maintaining the transparency and reliability.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Permanent communication with VW Group and the different responsible of the recommendations and deliverables
  • Monitoring and reporting the processes of HR VCIC and all entities in order to achieve the deployment of the recommendations and deliverables

  • Follow (tracking) the status of the recommendations in charge to achieve the deadlines

  • Lead workshops and groups in order to agree between the entities in the process of implementing recommendations and deliverables

  • Developing and adapting the Compliance into the HR core processes

  • Assurance the correct application of the Whistleblower system

  • Conduct the audits requested for the HR compliance by internal and external


Our Requirements:


  • Experience in projects, able to develop working methods independently, excellent analytical capability, ability to implement change processes, persistence, assertiveness and organizational skill, strong communication, negotiation, confident, demonstrate high integrity to represent compliance for the organization.

  • Business administration or similar (non-restrictions) university degree, Experience in Human Resources core processes (at least 3 years), Knowledge in Chinese Law or Compliance or Consulting, Experience in Audit processes and investigations.

  • Experience within VW Group or similar German branches


  • Fluent business English (written and spoken), additional language German (desirable)
