Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting 2nd party factory compliance audits against Labor laws;

• Conducting factory assessment to identify risks and sustainable solutions;

• Facilitating training on supplier management and other CSR management projects.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or above in law, engineering, human resource or related fields;

• Minimum 5 years working experience in corporate social responsibilities or compliance auditing or factory human resources;

• Efficient communication and presentation skills;

• Good knowledge of China laws and regulations regarding Labor;

• Language ability: Fluent Mandarin & English both in writing and speaking;

• IT-skills: e-mail, MS world, Excel & PowerPoint;

• Be willing to travel frequently;

• SA8000 Lead Auditor is preferable；

• Training materials development and projects designing ability is preferable.

Location of this postion can be Shanghai or Kunshan.
