You’ll focus on helping the local offices in driving the Firm’s people strategy, creating a unique people experience for each individual, and supporting our Firm wide values by working with the core competencies that measure and drive individual and Firm wide success in the marketplace.Our Human Resources teams support initiatives and programmes including, customer support, business operations, data and analytics, technology systems, recruitment services and on-boarding, workforce mobility, contingent workforce, and people and programmes support.
Job Description & Responsibilities
- Responsible for staff joining procedure according to government’s requirement and firm policies;
- Support on legal documents and chop related affairs;
- Support on Hukou & residence permit related outside work and batch briefing session;
- Coordinate with Firm Corporate Services counter team on HR related service and enquiries;
- Support other HR operational work;
- Support on other project related tasks.
Requirement
- Bachelor degree and 2-year HR working experience in multinational companies would be preferred;
- Excellent interpersonal & communication skills;
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Mandarin;
- High energy level with strong customer service mind set & can-do attitude;
- Great team play with good execution abilty to work with team on completing tasks in an efficient and effective manner.
