  • Generate report for HR metrics analysis and reporting
  • Implements HR programs / processes / policies in compliance with current legal and regulatory policies and assesses them to determine the extent to which they support Corning Values and positive work environment
  • Gathers and analyzes data on the performance and impact of HR programs / processes /policies, highlights areas of concern or improvement, and creates reports and presentations as requested to ensure achievement of targeted results
  • Researches external market practices to identify opportunities for continuous improvement to better meet corporate, business, function, and employee needs
  • Recommends areas for standardization of HR programs / processes / policies, as appropriate, to reduce complexity of administration and associated costs
  • Identifies trends and enabling technologies that will improve ability to meet strategic objectives 

* Collaborates with BUHR partners and other COEs to leverage their expertise to expedite integration of business-relevant HR programs / processes / policies / systems * Monitors vendor performance in cooperation with Procurement and other appropriate functions to establish stronger vendor relationships, as necessary

  • Interacts with vendors per service level agreement, as needed, to maximize delivery of outsourced services
  • Service as HR data steward – input, monitors and maintains integrity of data contained in HR systems
  • Handle with labor/health/group insurance and enable to address & support employee’s request/issue as necessary

* Administers HR payment, billing process and support payroll service * Maintain and ensure confidential information/materials

* Support colleagues and customer group on proper use of HR system * Document filing & data entry and maintain data accuracy

  • Acts the role of Admin; support for Sr HR leaders to maintain calendars, arrange travel and accommodations, Meeting set ups/clean up, Coordination of meetings and logistics, Event planning – from beginning to end and participate and lead assigned projects,
  • Manage budget and vendors – airline/ hotels and rental cars, Process expense reports ( business and Cartus),
  • Expat services internal coordination, Car rental management, Service award management
  • Other job assigned by supervisor
